Álvaro Carreras scored a brilliant goal during Real Madrid’s match against Valencia in the 23rd round of La Liga.
The left-back surged into the Valencia penalty area, dribbling past several players before unleashing a low shot that nestled into the back of the net, giving the visitors the lead in the 64th minute.
The goal was assisted by center-back Dean Hoesen, marking the first time a defender has scored from an assist by another defender in an away match for Real Madrid since Dani Carvajal’s decisive pass to Nacho against Sevilla in April 2022.
This is Carreras’ second goal for Real Madrid since joining from Benfica last summer.
Interestingly, Carreras’ first goal also came against Valencia in the first leg at the Santiago Bernabéu, during a 4-0 victory for Los Blancos.
Enjoy the beautiful goal from the Spanish full-back…
