Dominic Solanke was the hero of the Manchester City vs. Tottenham match, scoring two goals to level the score for Spurs in the 24th round of the English Premier League.
But speaking of the second goal in particular, it stands out as perhaps one of the most beautiful goals of the entire season.
Conor Gallagher sent a cross from the right flank into the penalty area, and with a spectacular backheel flick, Solanke converted it past Gianluigi Donnarumma, leaving everyone stunned.
Interestingly, Solanke missed most of the season due to injury, playing only 149 minutes in Tottenham’s Premier League matches.
However, the England international exploded against Pep Guardiola’s team, scoring two goals in 25 minutes, his first two goals overall in the Premier League this season.
It’s worth noting that Solanke has only scored two goals in all competitions this season, both against Borussia Dortmund and Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League.
Enjoy the incredible goal…
