For the first time since joining the Reds, Salah was a substitute in two consecutive Premier League matches, a decision that suggested the 32-year-old’s relationship with Slott was deteriorating, especially as the Egyptian has become a scapegoat for Liverpool’s poor season.
It has been suggested that Salah might be open to leaving in January rather than waiting until the end of the season, particularly as he is unwilling to accept a secondary role at Anfield.
However, transfer expert Dean Jones has emphasized that Salah is committed to Liverpool and will not leave the English club before the end of this season, regardless of the circumstances.
