Despite turning 41 in less than three months, Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed that his biological age is 28.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner is gearing up for the 2026 World Cup, where he and Lionel Messi will become the only players in football history to have participated in the biggest sporting event six times.
As he prepares to lead Portugal in the United States, Canada, and Mexico next summer, Ronaldo has partnered with WHOOP to help monitor his health and fitness.
Less than 24 hours after Al-Nassr scored a spectacular overhead kick, the company revealed that the Real Madrid legend is performing “like he’s 12 years younger.”
WHOOP also revealed that Ronaldo’s body is “optimized for optimal sleep, recovery, performance, and longevity.” They assert that the 40-year-old enjoys “superior metabolic control—fueling muscles, maintaining energy stability, and extending lifespan.”
Ronaldo is delivering outstanding performances with Al-Nasr despite his age, having scored 11 goals in all competitions this season alone, and a few months ago he succeeded in leading Portugal to the UEFA Nations League title for the second time in its history.
