Zamalek and Al Ahly’s opponents in the Confederation Cup and CAF Champions League

Zamalek and Al Ahly’s opponents in the Round of 32 of the 2025-26 CAF Confederation Cup and CAF Champions League have been determined.

The two Egyptian football giants were exempted from the first preliminary round and will advance directly to the second round. Should they advance, they will advance to the quarterfinals (group stage).

As for Al Ahly, the Red Castle will face Burundi’s Egle Noirs, who defeated Djibouti’s ASAS Télécom after a goalless draw in the first leg and a 1-1 draw in the second leg.
