Shame and scandal… Feyenoord fumes at Al-Nassr over Hancko!

Al-Nassr is currently facing widespread criticism from the Dutch media following the Saudi club’s sudden decision to cancel the deal to sign Feyenoord defender David Hancko.

Al-Nassr had reached an agreement with Hancko on all the details, and the player traveled to Austria to sign his transfer contracts with Al-Alamy and join the team’s training camp, only to receive a call from club officials informing him that he was not welcome at the camp and that the deal had been canceled.

Hancko had wanted to join Al-Nassr, and after the agreement, he took steps to start his new life in Saudi Arabia. However, the Saudi club canceled the deal after finding better defensive options to sign, without revealing the identities of the proposed players.

According to Dutch media, the Slovak defender has already vacated his apartment in the Netherlands in preparation for a move to Saudi Arabia. His wife is also pregnant, and he now finds himself homeless, albeit temporarily, after Al-Nassr’s decision to cancel the deal.

The player is currently in a very bad psychological state, seething with anger at Al-Nassr, and Feyenoord’s management is also in a similar mood, especially since all agreements have been finalized, and it was only a matter of time before the deal would be officially announced.

The Dutch newspaper “Telegraph” described the Al-Nassr management’s actions, quoting a Feyenoord official, as a “disgrace” and a scandal unbecoming of a professional football club.

Currently, Feyenoord is hosting the player and his family in their training camp until a solution is found for his strange situation, whether by continuing with his Dutch team or moving to another club.
