Bayern Munich has reached an agreement with one of the world’s most promising young players, and one of the most important stars of the Bundesliga last season, to join them during the current summer transfer window.
Bayern Munich had tried to sign Florian Wirtz and were willing to pay €150 million for him. However, after reaching an agreement with Bayern, the player decided to join Liverpool in the largest deal in Premier League history.
Bayern Munich has become accustomed to signing Bundesliga stars, and Borussia Dortmund may have been more affected than Bayern, having signed some of the most prominent stars of its golden generation, such as Mario Götze, Mats Hummels, and Robert Lewandowski.

Bayern Munich Agrees with Nick Woltemade
According to Sky Sports, Bayern Munich has agreed personal terms with Stuttgart and Germany star Nick Woltemade for his transfer to the southern club, with a contract extending until the summer of 2030.
Woltemade is currently with the German U-21 team at the European Championship. Negotiations between Bayern and his agent took place last week, and the player accepted Max Eberl’s offer to wear the Bavarian giants’ jersey.
Woltemade’s agreement with Bayern Munich comes despite his previous announcement that he had no intention of leaving Stuttgart, and after the Swabians offered him a significant financial increase in recent days to extend his contract, which is still valid until 2028, but he rejected it.

Stuttgart is extremely angry with Bayern Munich
According to Bild, the Stuttgart management is extremely angry at how Bayern Munich sneaked in without their knowledge and negotiated with Woltemade , convincing him to move to the Allianz Arena.
Stuttgart sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth announced that the 23-year-old is not for sale and that he is not concerned with media reports about a deal with Bayern Munich.
Stuttgart is in a strong position, as Woltemade’s contract does not contain any release clauses. Bayern Munich must first reach an agreement with their neighbors to sign the player this summer.
According to various German media outlets, there is disagreement within the Stuttgart management regarding the sale price of Woltemade. Some believe it is €60 million, while others believe it is necessary to make things even more difficult for Bayern Munich and raise it to €80 million.
Woltemade reportedly informed Stuttgart of his desire to leave on Friday morning, followed by a call from Bayern Munich announcing their interest in the player. Official negotiations between the two clubs are expected to begin after the end of the Under-21 European Championship.

Who is Nick Woltemade, Bayern Munich’s latest signing?
Woltemade moved from Bremen to Stuttgart on a free transfer last year, and the towering player, who stands nearly two meters tall, was not expected to shine this brightly.
Stuttgart struggled last season after Ermedin Demirovic failed to replace Serhou Guirassy. Woltemade unexpectedly stepped in to fill the gap, scoring 17 goals and providing three assists in 33 appearances in all competitions, and winning the DFB-Pokal with Sebastian Hoeneß’s side.
Woltemade earned his first call-up to the German national team for the June training camp, where he participated in matches against Portugal and France in the UEFA Nations League, becoming Julian Nagelsmann’s first-choice striker.
