Cristiano Ronaldo tops Portugal’s squad for the 2025 UEFA Nations League semi-finals.
The Portuguese has recently been subjected to heavy criticism for his poor form and the disastrous failure of Al-Nassr this season, which saw them exit without a trophy.
Despite this, coach Roberto Martinez has renewed his confidence in the Portuguese legend and will undoubtedly rely on him in the decisive match against Germany.
The squad includes young striker Rodrigo Moura for the first time, competing with Ronaldo in attack alongside Goncalo Ramos. Joao Felix is also included despite his poor form, as are the duo Rafael Leao and Pedro Neto.
The Portuguese are scheduled to meet the Germans at the MHB Arena on June 4th, with the winner facing either France or Spain in Munich in the UEFA Nations League final.
Ronaldo previously won the inaugural Nations League title in 2018 and is seeking to add a third historic title with the Sailors, following his Euro 2016 triumph.
