Arteta Reveals Saka’s Condition After Horrific Injury Against Ipswich Town

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has reassured Gunners fans about Bukayo Saka’s condition, confirming that there is no cause for concern and that his latest injury is nothing serious.

Saka was subjected to a brutal challenge from Leif Davies in Arsenal’s last match against Ipswich Town, and newspapers reported that the player had injured his Achilles tendon.

Before the Crystal Palace match, Arteta was asked about Saka’s condition, and he responded, “Nothing serious.”

Regarding his possible participation in Wednesday’s match, he replied, “We have to wait and see how Saka performs in training on Tuesday, but there’s a good chance he’ll be involved if we need him in the game.”

Saka has been one of Arsenal’s most important players this season, having scored 11 goals and provided 14 assists in 30 appearances in all competitions.

Arsenal are preparing for a crucial match against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League semi-finals next week, and Arteta is expected to keep Saka on the bench against Crystal Palace to rest him.
