Liverpool star’s father denies move to Real Madrid!

The father of Liverpool player Alexis Mac Allister denied the rumors circulating about his son’s possible move to Real Madrid next summer.

In recent hours, it was reported that Allister had entered Real Madrid’s radar and that his father was the driving force behind the deal.

The father responded to the press on Tuesday, “Real Madrid? I have nothing to comment on. Alexis is very happy at Liverpool.”

He added, “We still have a contract with Liverpool and we want to win trophies there. It’s important for us to respect the club he plays for. We won’t comment on the rumors.”

The Argentine international is one of the Reds’ most important players, having made 45 appearances in all competitions, scoring six goals and providing five assists.

Real Madrid is looking for a midfielder to replace Toni Kroos and has been linked with many names, most recently Spanish national team star Martin Zumbendi.
