Matchweek 11 brought victories for Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr, Al-Ittihad and Al-Ahli, leaving just four points between the top four, although the teams have played different numbers of matches.

Al-Hilal Claim the Lead as Al-Qadsiah Drop to Third

Al-Hilal won their top-of-the-table clash against Al-Qadsiah 3-2, securing three points that lifted them into first place and knocked their opponents off the summit.

The victory took Al-Hilal to 27 points from ten matches, with nine wins and one defeat. Al-Qadsiah remain on 25 points from 11 games, dropping to third behind Al-Nassr.

The defeat puts greater pressure on Al-Qadsiah in the coming rounds, as they have played one more match than the other teams in the top five. Al-Hilal, meanwhile, can strengthen their position if they maintain their winning form.

Al-Nassr Move into Second and Keep Al-Hilal Within Reach

Al-Nassr maintained their title challenge with a 3-1 victory over Al-Faisaly. Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Cristiano Ronaldo and Angelo scored for the visitors, while Theo Bongonda netted the hosts’ goal.

The win moved Al-Nassr to 25 points from ten matches, placing them second, two points behind Al-Hilal and level with Al-Qadsiah, who have played an additional game. Al-Nassr’s record now stands at eight wins, one draw and one defeat.

Al-Ittihad Maintain Pressure as Al-Ahli Stay in Contention

Al-Ittihad held their place among the leading clubs with a 2-0 win over Diriyah, taking their tally to 23 points in fourth place. They sit two points behind Al-Nassr and Al-Qadsiah, and four behind leaders Al-Hilal.

It was Al-Ittihad’s seventh victory in ten league matches, alongside two draws and one defeat. They remain close to the top three, although their rivals’ victories prevented them from reducing the gap on Friday.

Al-Ahli, meanwhile, recorded a convincing 4-1 win over Al-Khaleej to reach 21 points in fifth place. Their seventh league victory leaves them two points behind Al-Ittihad and six behind Al-Hilal.
