Barcelona recorded their third consecutive Champions League victory, beating Shakhtar 2-1 in the match held at the Olympic Luis Combanes Stadium.
Ferran Torres took the lead for Barca in the 28th minute of the first half, before young Firmin Lopez put the second goal in the 36th minute and became the fifth youngest Barcelona player to score goals in the Champions League.
Georgy Sudakov brought his team Shakhtar back to life with the aim of reducing in the 62nd minute, but the visitors' efforts to amend were not successful and the "Blaugrana" came out with three points.
Despite the win, one event that worried Barcelona a lot, was Joao Felix's injury that forced him off the pitch in the 75th minute.
The injury comes just three days before the Clásico against Real Madrid, and it was clear that the Portuguese star was suffering from pain that could add to the Catalans' suffering in El Clasico.
As is known, Barcelona lose 6 players from its starting line-up, namely Robert Lewandowski, Pedri, Frenkie de Jong, Rafinha, Jules Conde and Sergi Roberto, due to injury, and the addition of Felix to them would be very difficult news for Xavi Hernandez.
After the match, a number of Spanish journalists revealed that Joao Felix's injury will not prevent him from being present against Real Madrid, after it was diagnosed as a minor contusion that needs a maximum of two days to recover, but Barcelona have not commented on the matter so far.
