Mbappe’s family responds for the first time to the news of his agreement with Real Madrid

The family of Kylian Mbappe, the Paris Saint-Germain player, denied the reports circulating that the French international had reached an agreement with Real Madrid to join their ranks in the upcoming summer transfer period.

The Foot Mercato website confirmed in urgent news on Sunday that Mbappe will wear the Real Madrid shirt next summer, and that an agreement has been reached between the two parties on all the details.

However, the player’s family responded in a statement published by journalist Fabrizio Romano through his account on the X platform and said, “There have been no talks regarding his future.”

He also added, “No kind of influence can dictate the specific timing of the negotiations or affect our thoughts and decisions.”

The statement came hours after a news report published by Radio Monte Carlo, citing Paris Saint-Germain, that the French club did not have information about the Mbappé and Real Madrid agreement.

It is noteworthy that Mbappe’s contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires at the end of this season, and the Parisian club is still working on renewing his contract, while other news has emerged about the player’s interest in experimenting in the English Premier League through Liverpool.
