Happy news in Barcelona training after a period of suffering

Barcelona received good news in training on Sunday, after goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen returned to participate again after a 4-month absence due to injury.

The German goalkeeper was not the only one returning from his injury, as Rafinha also participated in part of the training, and the presence of the duo in the matches became very close.

According to what was reported by the newspaper “Sport”, Stegen can participate starting in the next match against Granada, while Rafinha is still waiting for the green light from the medical team.

The Catalan club clearly suffered in Stegen’s absence, despite Iñaki Peña’s attempts to fill the void, even though the huge difference in level between the German goalkeeper and his Spanish replacement was clearly evident.

At the same time, Rafinha’s return gives Xavi Hernandez additional options in attack, especially after Joao Felix’s injury.

Barcelona is preparing for a decisive period, the beginning of which will be facing Granada and Celta Vigo in the Spanish League, then facing Napoli in the round of 16 of the Champions League at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.
