Barcelona tempts Girona with a new way to sign its star next summer

Barcelona realizes that it does not have the funds necessary to finance deals next summer, so it has decided to rely on a barter policy, the first application of which will be with Girona.

The Catalan club has wanted to sign midfielder Alex Garcia since last January, but the economic crisis prevents that, but the player remains a big target for the Blaugrana in the summer.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona is about to offer three players at once to Girona in order to exchange them for Alex Garcia.

These players are the duo already loaned to Girona this season, Eric Garcia and Pablo Torre, as well as Uriel Romeu, who moved to Barca from there last summer.

Perhaps the idea will be accepted by Girona, as the small Catalan club wanted to bring Romeo back in January, and is also looking to keep Garcia and Toure after their brilliance this season.

It remains to be noted that Alex Garcia has a release clause not exceeding 20 million euros next summer, but despite this small amount, Barcelona cannot pay due to the laws of fair financial play.
